Welcome to Serenity by Mrs M. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities when using our website and services.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We start producing your items once payment is confirmed. Since all products are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We may change or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or import charges. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information for your purchases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Estimated delivery:
    • USA: 3–7 business days
    • Sweden: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or holidays. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, Serenity by Mrs M is not responsible for delays or loss caused by shipping services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are custom made (print-on-demand), we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Exception: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on our website belong to Serenity by Mrs M. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our products or content without permission.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for damages beyond the value of your purchase. This includes delays, lost profits, or indirect losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
